How do I get my shipping labels?
When an order is placed, the shipping label will be sent to you via email. It is attached to the order email as a PDF document. If you have not received a shipping label, please double check that your email address is correct under My Profile. Once you have done so, you may go to the order page under My Sales and tap on Resend Shipping Label.
If this is your first sale, you will need to fill out some information before your shipping label is issued. Once this is done, your shipping label will be emailed to you. If your email address is correct and you still do not see the shipping label in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder to see if it is there.
You may also download the label directly from the web by going to My Orders and selecting the order for which you need the shipping label.
