How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped after 7 days from the time it was purchased, you will be able to cancel the order for a full refund on the 8th day after the order was purchased.

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders before 7 full days from the time of purchase.

To cancel an order, please go to the order screen and tap on Problems/Order Inquiry. The next screen will allow you as a buyer to cancel the order by selecting Order Delayed and a full refund will be issued to you.
